Job Title : Principal AIConsultant –Strategy &Leadership

Role Overview

Pisteyo is a builder-led business consulting firm that upskills leaders to harness AI and deploys implementation teams to transform how businesses work and win. We are seeking a highly effective Principal Consultant who combines wisdom, technical acumen, and deep client-facing skills. This role is designed for an experienced professional who can act as a trusted advisor to clients while leading delivery team transformations.

  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills – strongly builds trust and leads senior-level client conversations, upskilling, brainstorming, planning, and change management.
  • Strong Domain Expertise and Industry Experience – ideally at VP level or above in domains such as marketing / sales, finance, or talent / culture and data-intensive industries like financial services, healthcare, engineering, or analytics.
  • Effectively understands strategy and translates business needs into technology solutions . Prefer strong technical knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging tools.
  • Rapidly learns, quickly consumes information and converts it into applied impact.
  • Energy, drive, and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges.
  • Client-first orientation with focus on long-term partnership and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivers client engagements to ensure satisfaction and measurable outcomes.
  • Partners with clients in shaping strategies that leverage AI and automation.
  • Builds and sustains strong client relationships , acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identifies and wins new client opportunities by building relationships and delivering insight and value.
  • Delivers training and thought leadership on AI tools , prompting techniques, and innovation.
  • Leads delivery teams to deliver AI transformations.
