Job Overview

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking IT Senior Quality Assurance Analyst for an exciting job in Quincy, MA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily testing activities.
• Participate in regular team and defect triage meetings, providing detailed defect and root cause analyses.
• Engage in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop, document, and execute manual and automated test cases and scripts for end-to-end system testing.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and reusable test scripts based on functional requirements and use cases.
• Conduct requirements verification, functional, security, regression, positive / negative, and ADA compliance testing.
• Document all testing outcomes, track and manage defects through resolution, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Work closely with QA and technical teams for data setup and performance testing.
• Perform in-depth analysis of test results, provide recommendations, and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate test planning activities with Business Analysts (BAs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Support timely test completion across project timelines and deliverables.
• Perform gap analysis to identify new test scenarios and enhance existing test coverage.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts and support related technical activities.
• Generate and distribute detailed Test Summary Reports after each cycle.
