Job Summary
Senior Call Center Rep, CSR onsite
Full-time, Contract
In-Office | E Hartford, CT
$21 per hour, paid weekly
Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm
Length : 6 months with the potential to be extended or become permanent.

Responsibilities
Take incoming calls to assist clients in a highly compassionate and non-judgmental manner efficiently and accurately.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholder.
Collaborate with team members.
Utilize software to streamline operations.
Experience / Qualifications
At least 6 months of call center experience, working with sensitive personal subjects; compassionate and empathetic and non-judgmental approach required or a completed Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 30 wpm typing speed required.
Completed Associate's or Bachelor's Degree required, transcript or diploma will be required if no call center experience.
Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Ability to sit for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to participating in training sessions for ongoing professional development.
Able to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen (no THC)
