Job description

The role

As a Chatbot Engineer, you are responsible for implementing our customers' chatbots on the botario platform. From concept to final implementation, you will guide and take over the development, optimization, and enhancement of the chatbots, applying the latest state-of-the-art AI technologies.

Your profile

  • A successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in software development or chatbot development
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Experience with the latest LLM technologies and practices
  • Solution-oriented thinking with analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Independent working style
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken

Your Mission

  • Develop customized chatbots and voicebots for our customers
  • Involved in the development process from conceptualization to deployment, working with botario, our chatbot management platform
  • Define how the desired processes can be implemented in dialog form and create the necessary content for the chatbot
  • Develop integrations with the customers' system landscape as needed
  • Use prompt engineering to improve the bots' efficiency and accuracy
