Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday are considered the weekend both shifts

Requirements :

IL License

1 Year of experience

Must have' skills : Must have level 1 trauma experience

Must have previous travel experience

Must have prior experience working on a dedicated neuro unit

AHA BLS

NIHSS

Other Details :

Charting System : EPIC

# Beds : 54 beds (2 semi private)

Nurse : Patient Ratios : Day shift 1 : 4-5, Nights 1 : 5-6

No first time Travelers

Floating Requirements : Float in rotation with rest of staff. General unit traveler floats to general unit floor - takes full team. If

Floated outside of general unit, in case of urgent need, would only do skills competent to do & be assigned with a nurse trained for that particular unit
