Main Activities and Responsibilities :
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, increase market penetration, and maximize profitability in his country / regionOversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective practices in line with corporate policies and standardsEnsure the company adheres to all relevant local regulations and industry standards. Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standardsLead, motivate, and develop the local team, fostering an environment of high performance and accountability. Conduct regular performance reviews and succession planningCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth through targeted client acquisition strategies and effective marketing campaignsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth and reputationMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business strategy and identify opportunities for growthAny other duties and responsibilities the Company might request, relevant to the roleRequired Skills & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance / Economics, or a related field. (MBA will considered an advantage)7+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the FX and CFDs industry with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management roleDeep understanding of the financial markets, regulatory environment, and local market dynamicsProven track record in strategic planning, sales leadership, and operations managementStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking with the ability to drive operational excellenceProficiency with CRM software and data analytics toolsStrong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environmentsFurther Info :
