Business Analyst

Description

RTX Corporation HR and Payroll Technology team is looking for a long term business analyst to support various projects between IT HR to support the lines of businesses relating to an enhancement, implementation, debug, or migration . This contract will be a year to start, with a very high likelihood to extend up to a maximum of 3 years.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage the software product development life cycle from inception to production launch and post-production support.
• Document processes, workflows, and system requirements.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Oversee the build schedules and make sure the SLAs are being followed.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with business processes and project implementations.
• Keep track of the system flow and the build meets the requirements.
• Review Feature Request and Defect JIRAs to for completeness and consistency.
• Meet with Business / DT to outline current status, successes, challenges, risks and issues
• Work with QA Teams on testing phases.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure quality delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business analysis and project management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00 / hr.
