Microsoft Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) Network Construction Project Manager

CO+I is responsible for delivering over 200 Microsoft web portals, Live and Online Services around the world including infrastructure, security and compliance, operations, globalization, and manageability. Within CO+I, Datacenter Construction Delivery (DCD) is responsible for delivering datacenter capacity for Microsoft's cloud business meeting all safety, quality, sustainability, schedule, and budget requirements. The DCD Construction Project Manager provides critical leadership, ownership and accountability for the team's deployment and delivery of large-scale, campus and / or regionally based delivery solutions to predictably deliver Datacenter capacity.
This role leads the delivery of highly complex, high-impact projects by driving strategic planning, resource alignment, and risk management to ensure predictable outcomes. It builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acts as the voice of the customer, and oversees contracting, financial governance, and project closure. The position also contributes globally by sharing best practices and fostering industry impact.
This role is located in San Antonio, TX. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates should relocate and reside within 50 miles of the San Antonio office location.

Construction Project Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
