Join Our Team as a Dental Hygiene Specialist!

  • $5K Full-Time Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Dental Hygiene Specialist who thrives on fostering positive relationships with patients! If you're passionate about helping individuals achieve bright, healthy smiles, we want you on our team!

Your role will involve a wide range of preventive dental procedures and educating patients about the importance of oral hygiene. From routine cleanings to comprehensive oral health education, you'll be a crucial part of our patients' journeys to optimal dental health.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver exceptional oral hygiene services including thorough prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing restorations, and applying cavity preventative agents like fluorides and sealants.
  • Maintain accurate patient records that include dental history, periodontal health, and treatment documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist the dentist as needed during procedures.
  • Administer local anesthetics where permitted by dental practice regulations.

    • Qualifications :

  • Degree or certificate in dental hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
  • Current CPR / BLS certification.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to interact professionally with patients and staff.
  • Willingness to travel between locations is preferred.
