Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and review incoming client cases
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while enhancing results through cross-selling
Collaborate to identify workflow efficiencies and maintain client contact information
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
1-3 years of experience in an office / business setting with client communication
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Accurate typing skills
Experience in making outbound sales calls to clients
