New York Workers' Compensation Manager

A company is looking for a NY Workers' Compensation Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee client satisfaction and ensure financial goals are met for New York Workers' Compensation claims

Drive revenue growth through excellent customer service and timely delivery of reports

Manage staff performance, including hiring, evaluations, and ensuring productivity targets are met

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in NY Workers' Compensation claims or equivalent leadership experience

Knowledge of NY Workers' Compensation IME and record review laws and regulations

Experience in a healthcare or insurance setting, preferably in Workers' Compensation or Auto insurance

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred

NY IME experience preferred
