About the Role : Join our dynamic team as an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant, where you will play a crucial role in implementing financial systems solutions across our global ERP platform. The ideal candidate will possess both a technical and functional understanding of financial systems, demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, and offer exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business partners, technical development, and application admin teams to conduct GAP analyses and gather business requirements.
- Adhere to and improve upon established processes to ensure system stability and compliance with organizational controls (e.g., SDLC, change management).
- Work closely with the global IT Finance team and IT Supply Chain to enhance support and delivery.
- Perform technical activities, including system configuration, data extraction / loading, and report development.
- Act as a business partner representing IT Finance to ensure successful project implementation.
- Assist in estimating the scope of potential efforts.
- Help educate and train the local finance user community on IT Finance applications.
Experience Requirements :
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance applications and overall IT / Industry experience.Techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS (R12) finance modules, including Accounts Payables, Purchasing, iProcurement, AGIS, Accounts Receivables, iExpense, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Project Accounting, and OPM Costing.Proficient in Oracle PL / SQL and integration experience using APIs & XML templates.Working knowledge of Oracle supply chain; familiarity with Oracle process manufacturing modules is a plus.Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes.Ability to identify user requirements and provide timely solutions.Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into clear requirements and solution designs.Commitment to customer care with an emphasis on system availability and reliability, including willingness to provide on-call support.Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to work independently or in diverse teams.Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company and familiarity with SOX compliance are advantageous.Education Requirements :

We consider skills, experience, and other relevant factors when determining pay rates. The stated pay range reflects a W2 hourly rate; other compensation options may be available.
