Overall Requirements
5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive / Recruiter with a solutions-based sales or staffing consultative backgroundProven capability to drive sales and prospect new accounts while creating a strong value proposition for clientsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilitiesStrong influencer-proactive, creative, and persuasive in solving client problems and recommending new strategiesUnderstands the importance of documentation and the use of tracking toolsKnowledge of assigned verticals / industries with the ability to learn quicklySuperior interpersonal skills-able to work collaboratively within a matrix organizationAdaptable to changeBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceKey Responsibilities
Build and maintain new relationships with clientsUnderstand client business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments, to provide proactive workforce planningCreate and execute strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and former clientsExpand client base through networking and cold calling with new contacts in assigned territory, developing relationships and partnershipsRepresent The Moore Group with professionalism and enthusiasmThis role requires self-motivated, career-oriented individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and a competitive natureAbout The Moore Group
