The Role :

We are looking for our next Head of Customer Technical Service (CTS) Application, Americas to lead our Food & Protein Specialties application efforts across the Americas. This individual will manage a regional team of scientists and application managers, align with business partners on technical strategy, and guide the innovation pipeline in food and nutrition. The role will support both customer-driven and long-term strategic innovation with a strong focus on plant-based ingredients.

This position is located in Geneva, IL.

Compensation :

The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $170,335- $230,600. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What You'll Do :

• Lead application support in Food and Nutrition for current business, range extensions, and new product development
• Manage and develop a regional team of application managers and scientists (8 total, 5 direct reports)
• Ensure alignment with regional strategy in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Technical Developers, Project Managers, and R&D
• Provide direct customer support when needed, including prototype development backed by scientific evidence
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to go-to-market teams to accelerate adoption of new solutions
• Guide team resourcing, workload distribution, and lab efficiency
• Lead innovation ideation, adoption of new technologies, and application process improvements
• Represent Roquette in key technical and customer presentations
• Contribute to global and regional initiatives to develop the long-term plant-based ingredient pipeline
• Ensure safety management at regional Innovation Applications Centers
