We are seeking a hands-on, strategic leader to work directly with the founder to lead the launch, scaling, and management of the business (Fintech Saas startup). This is a unique role that combines product, growth, and operations, offering you a foundational leadership position in the company.

This role is a full-time position with a  significant equity grant that vests over four years , including a one-year cliff.

What You'll Do

• Launch & Growth Strategy :  Lead the development and execution of our go-to-market plan. You will be responsible for defining our target market, positioning the product, and driving initial user acquisition.
• Product Management :  Own the product roadmap. You'll work with the engineering team to translate customer feedback and market needs into new features, ensuring the product is intuitive and solves real problems.
• Customer & Community :  Be the voice of our early users. You'll actively gather feedback, conduct interviews, and build a community of early adopters who will help us refine and grow the product.
• Business Operations :  Manage all non-technical aspects of the business. This includes financial planning, vendor management, and ensuring we meet all necessary legal and compliance requirements.
• Hiring & Management :  As needed, you will identify, hire, and manage contractors or additional team members to support our aggressive growth plan.
