This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Strategic Finance Director to join our high-impact Finance team. This individual will play a critical role in driving forward key strategic initiatives, including M&A, corporate development, and partner pricing strategies.

Job Duties :

M&A and Strategic Initiatives

Lead financial due diligence, modeling, and valuation for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.

Partner with Corporate Development and Business Unit leads to assess strategic fit and financial impact of potential deals.

Drive cross-functional integration planning and execution support post-acquisition.

Deliver executive-level summaries and board-ready presentations supporting deal rationale and financial implications.

Strategic Projects

Provide financial leadership on high-impact initiatives across the company including growth acceleration and product monetization.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing decision-support analysis and framing strategic alternatives.

Develop frameworks to assess ROI and business case modeling for new initiatives.

Partner Pricing Analysis

Conduct detailed pricing and margin analyses to support contract negotiations and optimize deal structures.

Collaborate with Sales, Partner, and Product teams to drive scalable and profitable go-to-market models.

Desired Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, corporate development, or management consulting.

Proven expertise in M&A execution and financial modeling.

Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with a track record of cross-functional influence.

Experience in SaaS or technology companies is a plus.

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

If you are hired in Belmont, California, the compensation range for this position is between $143,500 and $205,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
