Job descriptionPerform hands-on operations : equipment setup, cleaning, sanitization, and material weighing Follow GMP documents (SOPs, MPs) and safety protocols Troubleshoot and monitor critical processes; conduct in-process sampling and operate analytical equipment Draft and revise SOPs and MPs Participate in quality deviation reports and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety guidelines Work in a clean room environment with proper PPE (steel-toe shoes, gowning, gloves) Lift up to 35 lbs, move objects up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods) Prior lab exposure or experience in batch chemicals / chemical processing

Basic Qualifications :
- High school diploma / GED with 1 year work or military experience, or an Associate degree
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
