Job descriptionTriage, assess, and treat patients of all ages across the ED acuity spectrum Prioritize multiple cases; initiate and document plan of care and outcomes Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for safe throughput Provide discharge instructions, education, and referrals Maintain accurate, timely documentation and regulatory readiness Active Florida or Compact RN license (FL required by start) 1 year recent acute-care ED RN experience BLS at start; CPI, ACLS, and PALS within 90 days ASN / ADN required; BSN preferred Prior experience in high-volume ED settings Hourly base $27.72$39.60 DOE Comprehensive medical, dental, vision 401(k) with company match up to 9% (based on service) Tuition assistance, certification support, student-loan resources PTO, paid family leave, employee assistance programs Employee stock purchase plan and discounts
