Materials Planning Support II
Materials Planning Support II will be working as part of a team in the shipping and receiving area. Supports planning and coordinate with the scheduling of materials procurement and delivery processes.
Job Requirements :
- Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
- Plans, schedules, and monitors of the movement of material, including managing inventory and cycle counts.
- Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.
- Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Follows shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules and requirements.
- Documenting recording the movement of goods internally and externally, using SAP, storing the materials in proper places and preventing damage.
- Support ITCO request, import and export classification by working with Global Trade Services. Knowledge of JCAPP and Restrict Party Screening.
What Your Background Should Look Like :
Typically requires 2 or more years of experience in related work experience. Completion of high school or GED is required. Experience in SAP required.
