Staff Accountant in Hospitality

Staff Accountant Requirements & Qualifications :

Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting / reporting software

Experience preparing timely financial statements and management reports

Responsible for month-end close, account reconciliations, and sales tax return preparation

Collaborate with AR, AP, treasury, and department managers to ensure accuracy and compliance

Staff Accountant Preferred Background & Skills :

Prior experience in hospitality or private club environments highly desirable

Familiarity with Sage Intacct, Maestro and other hospitality-based software platforms

Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting
