Position : RN-Operating Room - PEDS (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities

Provide specialized pediatric surgical care in the operating room.

Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies during surgery.

Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes.

Communicate effectively with patients and their families about procedures.

Strive for personal growth and advancement within the company.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Contribute to a high-performance team environment focused on achieving targets.

Assist in the preparation and sterilization of surgical instruments.

Utilize data and pipelines to assess and improve surgical processes.

Experience / Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of pediatric operating room nursing experience.

Valid RN license in the state of Oklahoma.

Proficiency in monitoring patient vitals during surgery.

Ability to collaborate effectively with surgical teams.

Strong communication skills with patients and families.

Ability to adapt to fast-paced and high-visibility environments.

Commitment to personal growth and professional development.

Experience with maintaining detailed patient records.
