FULL-TIME DIRECTOR OF PLANT OPERATIONS

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a 120 bed capacity behavioral health facility that provides psychiatric services. We specialize in treatment for adults, children and adolescents. Brentwood Behavioral offers both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services. Located in Flowood, MS, in Rankin County with close proximity to Hinds and Madison Counties, our outpatient services are within driving distance to many surrounding areas. We help individuals and families achieve optimal mental health, resulting in improved quality of life. This opening is for a dynamic full-time Director of Plant Operations.

Administers and directs programs to ensure the maintenance of a safe, clean, healthy physical environment for patients, staff, and visitors of the organization. Serves as Facility Safety Officer and is also responsible for the management of all functions of the service departments and safety committee, evs / houskeeping, and for all related issues in compliance with corporate guidelines, federal, state, and local regulations, and accrediting agencies. Duties include supervision of plant operations and EVS / Housekeeping departments as well as providing hands on support to staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements : Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field. 5-8 years' experience in supervision and maintenance of utilities and building in healthcare environment. Knowledge of HVAC systems, building construction, and preventive maintenance. Stock and inventory experience. Knowledge of all pertinent regulatory codes, standards, and regulations. Knowledge of JCAHO and CMS.
