Key Responsibilities
Manage business operations and system initiatives to streamline complaint processes and maintain data integrity
Analyze trends and patterns to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Generate and distribute reports on operational metrics to support strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience working with Medicare or Medicare Advantage products
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Demonstrated success in leading or managing projects from initiation to completion
