Sales Representative – Commission-Based
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based structure. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong retail relationships, selling and merchandising our portfolio of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products, and driving growth across new and existing accounts.
Responsibilities :
Sell and promote a curated portfolio of brands
Educate customers on product features and brand stories
Open new accounts and grow existing ones
Merchandise retail spaces to align with brand standards
Maintain accurate inventory records and support account needs
Execute promotions and sales initiatives
Meet performance benchmarks to earn incentives and bonuses
Qualifications :
Experience in customer service or sales (especially route sales in the beverage industry)
Familiarity with alcohol and non-alcoholic product categories
Wine certifications (WSET, Master of Wine, or Master Sommelier) preferred but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or willingness to learn
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and handle physical tasks as needed
Must be deadline-oriented with a professional demeanor
