Position Title : Recruitment Intern
Hours : Part-time internship, approximately 15 hours per week. This is a hybrid opportunity, the intern may work remotely up to half the time, with the option to work in person at either our Brighton, MA or Boston Seaport office locations.
Duration : Fall 2025 through end of Winter 2026

ABOUT THE ROLE :
EMPath is seeking a Recruitment Intern to join our People & Culture team. This part-time internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, HR administration, and special HR projects. The intern will support efforts to attract, engage, and onboard diverse, mission-driven talent while gaining exposure to nonprofit HR operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Recruitment Support
- Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and EMPath’s career site.
- Review applications, screen resumes, and help coordinate interviews.
- Support candidate communication, including scheduling and follow-up correspondence.
- Participate in maintaining recruitment databases and tracking candidate progress.
