We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Engineering to lead our efforts in process development, automation, and new product introduction.

What You Will DoLeadership

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on process development, automation, and new product introduction.
• Provide technical guidance to our Process Development, Automation and NPI teams.
• Provide guidance in tactical problem-solving activities.
• Execute our strategic roadmap for engineering initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to define engineering objectives and drive initiatives to meet business targets.
• Develop and manage budget.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Salary range for this role is $180,000 - $240,000. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
