Our company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and project management, and will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Oversight : Manage all phases of residential construction projects including scheduling, coordinating, and execution.
Team Coordination : Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field crews, vendors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed on time and within scope.
Client Communication : Serve as a point of contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and engineers—providing regular updates, managing expectations, and maintaining positive relationships.
Scheduling & Budgeting : Develop and maintain project schedules; monitor progress and proactively address issues to stay on track.
Quality Control : Inspect ongoing work to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, building codes, and company standards of quality.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, progress photos, change orders, and project reports.
Problem Solving : Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to minimize delays, cost overruns, and disruptions.
Safety & Compliance : Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and local building regulations.
Closeout : Oversee punch list completion, final inspections, and project handoff to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in residential construction project management (custom homes, remodels, or additions).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and sequencing of trades.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
