Project Aircraft Engineer

Designs, specify and / or develop technical specifications for configuration, repair, operation and maintenance of airplanes, engines and components. Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions

• Troubleshoots assistance, evaluating airworthiness directives, preparing specifications and manuals, and providing engineering consultation and reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education / degree may offset experience requirements.

Minimum Experience

Seven (7) years related aircraft engineering experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong analytical, communication and technical writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications : Propulsion experience.
