We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team and help us expand our footprint with both existing and new customers.

Responsibilities include

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts by providing exceptional service, timely follow-ups, and accurate order processing.
• Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, digital outreach, and lead nurturing.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.
• Interact regularly with plant managers and buyers to make sure customer needs are understood and fulfilled on time.
• Prepare and present product quotes, proposals, and pricing based on customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline management in our CRM / ERP (Acumatica).
• Stay current on West Wood’s product lines, production capabilities, lead times, and industry trends.
• Partner with operations and logistics teams to track orders, resolve issues, and meet delivery commitments.
• Participate in 1–2 trade shows per year to represent West Wood Products, meet with customers, and develop new leads.
