About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist who is passionate about enhancing product and user experience to revolutionize how patients find and choose their therapists. Your mission will be to deeply analyze patient behavior and extract valuable insights that will directly enhance our product. In this role, you will utilize behavioral data, experimentation, and user research to pinpoint friction points, uncover unmet needs, and identify optimization opportunities throughout the patient journey. Your findings will shape the design and prioritization of changes to our search and matching functionalities. This is your chance to leverage scientific rigor and a user-centered approach to tackle a critical challenge : ensuring access to effective mental healthcare for all.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze patient behaviors and funnel performance to uncover UX pain points and reasons for drop-off.
• Collaborate with user research to merge qualitative and quantitative insights into a coherent view of the patient journey.
• Create frameworks for measuring relevance, conversion signals, and long-term patient outcomes.
• Work alongside product, clinical, and engineering teams to establish success metrics and guide experimental initiatives.
• Effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and business implications to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What We’re Looking For

Compensation & Benefits :

The expected base pay range for this position is $183,600 - $216,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience. In addition to the base salary, this role may qualify for performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant.
