UI / UX Designer

A company is looking for a UI / UX Designer - (Consumer Facing).

Key Responsibilities

Lead design of personalized web templates and customer flows to enhance financial decision-making

Ensure designs align with the design system, accessibility standards, and brand direction

Collaborate with design leads and product teams to maintain consistency and refine designs based on feedback

Required Qualifications

3-4 years of advanced experience with Figma and design systems

5-8 years of digital web design experience translating UX strategy into UI

2-3 years of design experience in CMS-driven environments

7+ years of UX / product design experience with a user-centric approach

4+ years of experience contributing to design systems, including component creation
