Suddath Workplace Solutions is seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Business Intelligence to lead the enterprise-wide reporting and analytics function. This role is responsible for the overall strategy, consistency, compliance, design, and analysis of all reporting across the organizationincluding financial, accounting, HR, operations, sales, customer service, billing, collections, and more. The Director of BI will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across these diverse service lines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with business goals and growth initiatives.
• Promote a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making across all departments.
• Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers.
• Research, bring forward, and be a thought leader in global workplace trends.
• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, industry regulations, and data privacy laws.
• Design and deliver consistent, accurate, and timely reporting across all business functions.
• Work with teams to monitor and report on performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Provide actionable insights through advanced analytics, forecasting, and performance dashboards.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and customer presentations.
