Little Oaks Academy Hiring : Assistant Preschool Teacher

About the Role : We’re seeking a creative, caring, and energetic Preschool Teacher who thrives in a lively environment filled with discovery and joy. At Little Oaks Academy, we believe in nurturing the whole child—emotionally, socially, and academically—and we need someone who shares that vision. This position is a full-time position, 7 am - 4 pm. We would consider a morning-only (7 : 00 am - 1 : 00 pm) position for the right hire.

About Us
Little Oaks Academy (LOA) is a daycare facility licensed by the Tennessee Department of Human Services (“DHS”). The purpose of our early childhood education and development program is to promote the development of the total child – physically, emotionally, intellectually, and socially, using age-appropriate activities under the guidance of professional, loving, and caring teachers. As a non-profit, LOA operates under a Board of Directors (the Board). The Board is charged with defining the mission, vision, and values of LOA’s early childhood education and development program.
