Location : Lahaina, HI

Pay : $24 / hour

Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative management, nonprofit operations, or community development.

Education : High School Diploma.

Type : Full-time; Contract

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM

Job Description :

• Support daily program operations and ensure goals and contracts are met.
• Manage program calendars, meetings, and partner coordination.
• Maintain and update systems (AppFolio, Alosant) for community operations.
• Assist with budgets, invoices, and grant or compliance reports.
• Coordinate events, outreach, and communication with residents and stakeholders.
• Prepare progress and impact reports for nonprofit and organizational use.
• Provide administrative and office management support.
