We zijn op zoek naar een Nederlandstalige Customer Success Manager die de klantreis begeleidt van onboarding tot verlenging en uitbreiding. In deze cruciale rol fungeer je als strategisch adviseur voor onze klanten en zorg je ervoor dat ze in elke fase meetbare waarde uit Thomas-oplossingen halen. Je bouwt en koestert relaties met senior stakeholders, identificeert proactief groeikansen en stimuleert klantenbekendheid door succesverhalen onder de aandacht te brengen. Jouw vermogen om samen te werken met interne teams, om inzichten uit gegevens te puren en deze te benutten en om uitzonderlijke service te leveren, is essentieel voor het versterken van commercile partnerschappen en voor het ondersteunen van onze missie om elke organisatie te laten groeien en bloeien door middel van diepere menselijke verbindingen op basis van Connection Intelligence.

Wat zijn je taken?

  • Een strategische klantenportefeuille beheren, zorgen voor succesvolle implementering, vernieuwing en uitbreiding van Thomas-oplossingen.
  • Proactief contact onderhouden met senior stakeholders in HR, L&D, talentacquisitie en de C-suite.
  • Vertrouwensrelaties met adviseurs opbouwen en groeikansen identificeren door middel van cross-sell- en upsell-initiatieven.
  • Onboarding- en implementatieprojecten leiden en multifunctionele teams cordineren voor een naadloze levering.
  • Meetbare waarde leveren door datagestuurde inzichten en regelmatige bedrijfsbeoordelingen.
  • Vernieuwingen beheren, pijplijn en risico's voorspellen en voorstellen ontwikkelen die zijn afgestemd op de bedrijfsdoelstellingen van de klant.
  • De stem worden van de klanten en optreden als voorvechter van hun behoeften t.o.v. de interne teams.
  • Voor nauwkeurige accountdocumentatie zorgen en klantenbinding stimuleren door het koesteren van referentieklanten en succesverhalen.
  • Doeltreffend samenwerken, duidelijk communiceren en uitzonderlijke service leveren om commercile partnerschappen te versterken.
  • De missie van Thomas ondersteunen door ervoor te zorgen dat klanten zinvolle resultaten boeken met onze oplossingen.
