What You’ll Lead
- Enterprise-wide financial strategy, long-range planning, and organizational performance
- Capital structure, investment strategy, and management of our investment portfolio
- Executive leadership of Accounting, Finance, and Facilities / Asset Management
- Corporate governance, compliance, audit readiness, and risk management
- Cross-functional alignment with Operations, HR, Marketing, and Ownership
- Financial communication to ownership, lenders, partners, and senior stakeholders
What You’ll Do
Develop and own long-term financial strategy aligned with company vision and growth plansEvaluate and optimize capital allocation, investments, and portfolio performanceOversee financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and key performance analyticsEnsure strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and governance practicesLead the Accounting and Facilities teams to deliver accuracy, efficiency, and operational readinessAdvise ownership and executives on financial health, risks, opportunities, and strategic decisionsSupport new store development, brand expansion, and major capital initiativesBuild systems and processes that scale growth and create operational clarityWho You Are
