4 month Contract Hybrid role

• Analyze financial data for accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and post journal entries, perform general ledger reconciliations, and support monthly / quarterly / year -end close.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements.
• Manage cash activities such as deposits, outstanding checks, and balance tracking.
• Support tax filings, refund claims, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Prepare supporting schedules, commission statements, and account reconciliations.
• Analyze revenue and expense trends to support budgeting and expenditure control.
• Assist auditors and respond to federal / state surveys as required.
• Complete ad hoc analysis and special projects assigned by management.
