Job Summary

As a Business Development Representative at Asurgent Health, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by building and nurturing relationships within the community and leveraging digital media to enhance our outreach efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to generate referrals by engaging with potential partners and stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and other relevant entities. This role requires a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those affected by addiction.

Key Responsibilities

Community Outreach : Proactively engage with local healthcare providers, community organizations, businesses, and other relevant stakeholders to promote Asurgent Health's services.

Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with referral sources and community partners.

Referral Generation : Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities to drive patient admissions to our outpatient programs.

Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential partners and understand the needs and trends within the community.

Event Participation : Represent Asurgent Health at community events, health fairs, and other relevant functions to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Presentations : Conduct presentations and informational sessions about Asurgent Health's services to potential referral partners and community groups.

Digital Media Engagement : Utilize social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and online networks to enhance outreach efforts and connect with potential partners and referral sources.

Content Creation : Develop and share relevant content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters, to engage with the community and raise awareness about Asurgent Health's services.

Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and clinical teams to align outreach efforts with overall company strategy and ensure seamless communication.

Reporting : Track and report on outreach activities, referral sources, and outcomes to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or community outreach, preferably in the healthcare or addiction treatment industry.

Skills :

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge :  Understanding of addiction treatment services and the local healthcare landscape is a plus.
