Sourcing Services Manager @ Diverse Staffing | Technical Recruiting Diverse Staffing Services, Inc., one of the fastest-growing staffing firms in the U.S., is seeking a Manager of Marketing Communication & Call Center Operations to lead the transformation of how we communicate with clients, candidates, and internal teams across the country.
This onsite role at our Indianapolis headquarters blends strategic marketing leadership with hands-on call center operations. You’ll be empowered to build and scale a high-performance communication center while collaborating across departments to drive innovation and results.
What You’ll Do :
Build & Lead the Call Center
Launch and manage a call center focused on lead generation, customer engagement, and retention
Define KPIs, SLAs, and call workflows with a focus on sales performance and user experience
Oversee technology implementation (CRM, progressive dialers, system integrations)
Hire, train, and lead a small team (3–5 staff) with potential to grow
Marketing Communications Strategy
Lead multi-channel outreach (email, SMS, voice) using automation platforms
Develop outbound messaging sequences and campaigns to support candidate and client engagement
Coordinate with sales, tech, HR, and delivery teams for brand and message consistency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align call center efforts with broader business goals
Integrate tools and systems (Sense, Ringover, Go High Level, Zapier, HubSpot, ATS / CRM)
Partner with internal teams to optimize communication workflows
Performance & Optimization
Track campaign and call center metrics, adjusting strategy to meet KPIs
Ensure compliance with data privacy, telecommunication regulations, and internal policies
What You Bring :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of call center or high-volume communication experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Hands-on experience building or managing a call center from the ground up
Strong knowledge of communication sequencing, scripting, and multi-channel marketing
Proficiency with CRM and telephony tools (Ringover, Go High Level, Zapier, SendGrid, Twilio)
Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
Preferred :
Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing and automation platforms
Proven ability to drive results through integrated marketing and operations strategy
