Fleet Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all, day-to-day driver and service-related activities and functions for assigned geographical / terminal driver locations including but not limited to, daily planning, and dispatch and dispatch of customer orders, ensuring that all orders are dispatched and requested delivery windows are met
• Manager the day-to-day issues, regarding service, equipment management (in conjunction with Region Manager), driver-related issues, and service deviations
• Works with Central Planning Operations Manager / Senior Fleet Manager to analyze and provide solutions for chronic problems within operation, including performance to customer expectations, efficiency concerns, and driver performance
• Able to navigate Solar’s TMW dispatching software as well as multiple screens to utilize Email, customer websites, and dispatching software
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift including weekends
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range : 50K - 62K / yearly

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik / Kum&Go considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
