What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and guests at the retail location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any potential issues.

Document and report any security-related or suspicious activities in accordance with site protocols.

Work collaboratively with store management and Allied Universal leadership to address security-related concerns and support loss prevention initiatives.

Assist customers and employees with directions and general information as needed, promoting a welcoming environment.

Remain alert to any hazards or unusual circumstances and report promptly according to Allied Universal and site guidelines.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

A Security Professional Guard Card or license is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
