We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-oriented Healthcare Product Manager to lead the definition, development, and management of service offerings that meet the evolving needs of hospitals, health systems, and physician groups. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring products are clearly defined, financially viable, and successfully implemented. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with clinical, operational, financial, and marketing teams to drive measurable results and deliver services that create value for our partners.
Key Responsibilities
Product Definition & Strategy
- Identify unmet needs in hospital physician services and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Define service offerings based on market demand, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
- Develop pricing models, value propositions, and service packaging that support growth and profitability.
- Design operational workflows, use cases, and enablement tools to support sales and implementation.
Market & Financial Analysis
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to guide service positioning.Perform margin, profitability, and scalability analysis to evaluate viability.Provide insights on pricing strategy, go-to-market opportunities, and partnership channels.Execution & Ownership
Manage the product lifecycle end-to-end : concept → launch → iteration.Partner with sales teams to provide service expertise in client meetings, proposals, and RFPs.Own the creation of proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and supporting documentation.Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new services in collaboration with account and practice managers.Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Build trusted relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, and internal stakeholders.Collaborate with marketing to create compelling materials (case studies, presentations, battle cards).Train sales teams on product capabilities, differentiators, and positioning strategies.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements across offerings.Requirements
3–5 years of product management in healthcare services. Behavioral health is highly preferred.Bachelor’s degree required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to evaluate ROI and financial impact.Proven track record of defining and launching services in healthcare environment.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to executives.Familiarity with healthcare operations, compliance, and accreditation processes is highly desirable.Benefits
