Senior Accountant Of Accounting Excellence

The Senior Accountant of Accounting Excellence will help drive efficiency and consistency throughout the accounting and finance department at Gilbane. The goal is to maintain and further develop a training program which will ensure consistent accounting procedures for all Gilbane accounting and finance professionals. This will include facilitating "bootcamp style" onboarding training programs as well as continuing education programs for the entire accounting team. The motivated individual must be able to remotely lead a team of subject matter experts while compiling information in a consistent and organized manner. This role is open to any location and will sit remote with the option to go into a local Gilbane office.
