Patient Companion Program

A Patient Companion volunteer has a unique opportunity to provide seniors with assistance during medical appointments by :

• Accompanying clients to medical appointments
• Provide support for the client
• Take notes and record instructions from the medical professional
• Help the client and medical professional communicate more effectively
