Job Description
Essential Job Functions :
- Responsible for Quality System Maintenance.
- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.
- Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system.
- Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, and Kaizen lean methods.
- Develop training to build quality awareness throughout plant operations.
- Interface with plant and corporate engineering to ensure transfer to launch of new products are in accordance with approved data.
- Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
- Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
- Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, and quality procedures.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the overall activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.
- Continuously improving QA receiving inspection process and procedures.
- Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
- Manage supplier's performance and conduct audit.
- Preparation of QA reports.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in quality, mechanical or industrial engineering.Two years quality experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.Excellent communication and strong leadership skills.Strong proficiency in MS Office - specifically with Word and Excel.Flexible schedule with ability to work overtime as needed.If you enjoy innovation, and an opportunity to learn and contribute to a growing organization, CSP is the place for you!
