CRM Operations & QA Specialist
Join a fast-paced, global marketing team and help scale CRM campaigns with precision, compliance, and operational excellence. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and performance of lifecycle marketing efforts. You'll manage workflow queues, conduct campaign QA, and partner with stakeholders on compliance, audit, and documentation processes. This is a remote role and requires availability during U.S. EST hours.
Salary Range : PHP 90,000 - 100,000 per month
Note : Rate / Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Manage task assignments across multiple GrowthAssistants, ensuring on-time delivery and proper prioritizationPerform QA reviews of CRM campaign assets, HTML templates, and audience definitionsMaintain and reinforce QA playbooks, compliance runbooks, and documentation standardsLead weekly reporting on QA metrics, backlog activity, and work queue healthSupport recurring audits (e.g., opt-out compliance, pixel / tag verification)Partner with product, privacy, and engineering teams to ensure marketing governance policies are metMust-Have Qualifications :
3+ years in CRM operations, email QA, or campaign compliance rolesProven ability to coordinate task assignments across a teamIntermediate to advanced experience with CRM / marketing technology tools (e.g. Braze, SFMC, Hightouch, Google / Adobe Analytics)Experience maintaining QA documentation, compliance protocols, and campaign opt-out / pixel / tag governanceProficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and JIRA or equivalent task toolsExperience supporting marketing audits or collaborating with legal / privacy teamsNice to Have :
Understanding of dynamic scripting (e.g., Liquid, AMPscript)Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or similar pixel tracking toolsWorking knowledge of SQL for light data analysisExperience in tag implementation or troubleshootingWhat Sets You Apart :
