DIVISION CONTROLLER

Division Controller

We are looking for a Division Controller to join our Fed Beef division. This position will be located onsite at our corporate office in Greeley, Colorado. The Fed Beef Division Controller role provides exposure to multiple aspects of the Fed Beef business unit. The selected candidate will report to the Director of Finance and provide direct oversight on Sales Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Profitability Reporting. The ideal candidate should enjoy a set of daily and weekly routine tasks supplemented with projects and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for management of the Business Unit accounting reports P&L Estimates, Processes, and Accuracy
• Participate in analysis initiatives related with Working Capital and Cash Flow A.R., A.P., and Inventories
• Create and develop financial reports to support a stronger understanding of financials by B.U. management
• Perform and oversee corporate month end financial entries
• Champion and seek continuous improvement for SOX compliance processes
• Budget setting and interpreting the results of business unit performance vs budget
• Other duties as assigned
