Technology Services Group Technician II

Join our dynamic team as a Technology Services Group Technician II, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional IT solutions and support! This entry-level position focuses on executing and implementing tailored solutions while ensuring top-notch customer experiences. You will leverage your skills in root cause analysis, reporting, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service level agreements (SLAs) to meet organizational goals.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Leading the coordination of IT services, support, and project deployments.
• Managing daily operations, including cost management, staffing, inventory, and compliance to safety and security standards.
• Providing technical training and developmental support to team members and customers.
• Utilizing updated technology for project initiation, deployment, and tracking in a 24x7 environment.
• Performing technical, analytical, or maintenance tasks with moderate supervision.

We seek a proactive individual with a strong ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical users. You should also have :
