Electrical Design Engineer

This role is responsible for creating safe, efficient, and compliant designs, producing detailed documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

The position involves developing layouts, schematics, specifications, and bills of materials for power distribution and control systems, as well as conducting load calculations and code compliance checks. The Electrical Design Engineer will work closely with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams to ensure design integration and constructability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design power distribution, grounding, lighting, control, and low-voltage systems.
• Prepare single-line diagrams, panel schedules, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all designs meet relevant electrical codes and industry standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve conflicts and maintain project timelines.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and commissioning support.
• Provide technical support during bidding and construction phases.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to process improvements.
