Your Role on the Team
The Director of Camps serves as the designated administrator for all youth camps and outreach programs, managing the daily operations of Intercollegiate Athletic Sports Camps under general supervision with significant autonomy to analyze issues, resolve problems, and determine appropriate actions. This role oversees the full lifecycle of programs-including development, marketing, planning, implementation, and day-to-day execution-while supervising support staff. Key responsibilities include hiring and staff management, financial administration and planning, database management, new program development, and the establishment of policies and procedures. The Director coordinates scheduling and use of campus facilities, services, and personnel; manages purchasing; and oversees participant registration and enrollment. The position also integrates and aligns multiple on- and off-campus resources to ensure seamless delivery. Additionally, the Director leads operations of the Team works / Arms camp platform and serves as a vital liaison for public relations and community outreach.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $55,400.00- $57,000.00 (Annual).
